I am a PhD student in Bioinformatics, based in IB2.

I am interested in text-mining improving data curation, specifically in the field of genetic diseases, with the main focus on:

• showing the interest of using active learning.
• extracting biomedical relation from scientific articles.
• advancing the study on oligogenic diseases.
